Refund policy

Products can be returned or replaced within 30 days of delivery only in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in transit; or
  • Faulty product 

Where an item is eligible for a replacement of this kind, we will reimburse the price of any associated return shipping costs.

If you wish to process a refund for a faulty or damaged product, please email us at info@happybellyfibre.com.au with ‘30 Day Return’ in the subject title.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product and managed within 2-3 business days. We will reimburse you using the payment method you initially used to make the payment. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be cleared by your nominated bank.

Customers are not entitled to a replacement or refund of product in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind; or 
  • Damage to the product caused by misuse or failure to take reasonable care by the customer or someone other than Happy Belly Fibre.
