This website is operated by Happy Belly Fibre. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Happy Belly Fibre. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, customers engage in our services and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. 

Unpaid orders

As per company policy, orders will be held for 5 business days pending payment. If payment is not reflected in our bank before the end of this period, the order will be cancelled, and the product will be released from hold for sale to other customers.

This is relevant for example in the case of orders made outside of the website (such as orders made over the phone or email).

For commercial/wholesale orders, payment must be made within the agreed upon timeframe. If payment is not reflected in our bank before the end of this period, late payment interest may be charged and no further orders will be provided until outstanding debt is paid in full. Long term unpaid accounts may be passed on to debt collectors for collection.
